Each letter in MERRY CHRISTMAS has a holiday theme. They show the more comic side of the Christmas season, like the mouse climbing the "I" candle, not watching what his right hand is doing. But the reindeer in the "S" knows...his tail is being charred by the blowtorch that the mouse will use to light the candle. You can see smoke starting to rise from the affected area (The mouse once held an oversized match, but somewhere along the line...here's a closer look). If you took that "closer look", you probably noticed that the "A" in CHRISTMAS is the forerunner of the Argument "A", and the "M" in MERRY looks a lot like one of the LETTER page Ms, doesn't it?

MERRY CHRISTMAS is available plain, matted or matted & framed. The matting is very nice... something like that above. All kinds of things on the Internet affect the colors you see, so, in reality, the inner mat is dark red, the outer a deep green.

The frame is a gilt wooden frame with a tastefully carved design. I've heard many times how beautiful MERRY CHRISTMAS is in this matting and frame combination. Mounting hardware is included.
