Many
years ago, I actually gave my brothers their names in letters
of this ilk (of course, this was before I got couth) ...and you probably
thought it would be nice to have an artist in the family. Ask
Tim or Kerry...either one will tell you how nice it is. |
 |
First
of all, let me say that I kind of like this one. It came from a picture
I once saw showing how a skunk actually did it (it sprays in the direction it's looking--for aim, I guess). Normal people likely
saw a skunk spraying. I saw the perfect F.
But who would ever want this in their name?
Really?
You would? |

As
you can probably tell, this idea not only didn't stay put in my brainlet
or my sketchbook. This one was actually finished, made into a name
and given to my niece as a gift (!) when she became a nurse. JENNIFER's
a long name, and it's the final E, so maybe
it doesn't get any notice
(yeah, that's it). Jen probably flinches every time she comes across
it in the back of her closet.
You
don't want to know, but... In case you can't make it out, here's what
is going on: The raccoon is getting an "irrigation" (now you know why hospital gowns close in the back), when this
practical joker, a fellow patient, comes along and gives the water
bag a good squeeze. The 'coon is just now getting the news.
Secret confession time: I really wish I could use this. For one thing,
I think it's kinda funny. Plus, there's a caption already there...the
perfect E word for what's going on. Oh well, one has to give way to
good taste occasionally, I guess..... (sigh). |

There just isn't any excuse for this...even though I kinda wish...never mind. |
 |
I don't think we need to spend a lot of time discussing why this one rates a place here, do we? |

Has anyone noticed a theme running through these... ideas? |
Mercifully,
none of these images can be enlarged, so stop clicking. |
