The examples below are shown matted and in frames. This is not how your print will be sent to you. I do you the favor of sending your print all by itself, so you can frame and mat it to suit your own tastes.
 

A WORD ABOUT FRAMING YOUR PRINT

(Although this is important for either of the printing configurations, it is especially important for names printed on a single line)

For the best look, frame or mat your print closer to the lettering rather than around the outside edges of the paper. Depending on the length of the name word (or words), I'll use 8-1/2 x 11, 11 x 17 or 13 x 9-1/2-inch paper. Since names are much longer than they are high, if a name is framed along the outer edges of the paper, it can look like there are three stripes running across the paper--a white one at the top, a colored one (the name) and another white one along the bottom.

The examples here show names matted and framed. Even if you prefer not to use matting, the principle remains the same; frame close to the lettering.
